Abstract
Abstrak. Efisiensi operasional reefer container menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam menjaga kualitas muatan berpendingin selama proses operasional di terminal peti kemas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Implementasi Internet of Things (IoT), Kompetensi Reeferman, dan Kecepatan Respon terhadap Efisiensi Operasional Reefer Container. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap 51 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Internet of Things (IoT), Kompetensi Reeferman, dan Kecepatan Respon secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Operasional Reefer Container. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,780 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 78,0% variasi Efisiensi Operasional Reefer Container.Abstract. Operational efficiency of reefer containers is a crucial factor in maintaining the quality of refrigerated cargo during terminal operations. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT), Reeferman Competency, and Response Speed on Reefer Container Operational Efficiency at PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. This study employed a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique involving 51 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicate that the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT), Reeferman Competency, and Response Speed have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on Reefer Container Operational Efficiency. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.780 indicates that these three independent variables explain 78.0% of the variation in Reefer Container Operational Efficiency.
