PENGARUH SISTEM KERJA DAN MANAJEMAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DIVISI PURCHASING PADA PT. LUAS LINE
Abstract
Divisi purchasing memiliki tanggung jawab strategis dalam memastikan pengadaan barang dan jasa dilakukan secara tepat waktu, tepat mutu, dan sesuai kebutuhan operasional kapal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem kerja dan manajemen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi purchasing di PT. Luas Line. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh sistem kerja dan manajemen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Hasil Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa sistem kerja dan manajemen karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (nilai F hitung = 51,410 > F tabel = 3,16, signifikansi = 0,000). Sementara itu, uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, sistem kerja (t hitung = 5,359) dan manajemen karyawan (t hitung = 2,679) masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R²), diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,637 yang berarti 63,7% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh sistem kerja dan manajemen karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan efektivitas sistem kerja yang terstruktur dan penguatan praktik manajemen karyawan yang profesional akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract
The purchasing division has a strategic responsibility to ensure that the procurement of goods and services is carried out in a timely manner, with the right quality, and in accordance with the operational needs of the ship. This study aims to analyze the influence of work systems and employee management on the performance of employees in the purchasing division at PT. Luas Line. This study uses quantitative analysis methods to determine the extent of the influence of work systems and employee management on employee performance.
Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through the SPSS program. The F-test results indicate that work systems and employee management simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance (calculated F value = 51.410 > table F = 3.16, significance = 0.000). Meanwhile, the t-test indicates that, partially, the work system (calculated t = 5.359) and employee management (calculated t = 2.679) each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²), a value of 0.637 was obtained, meaning that 63.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the work system and employee management. This study concludes that improving the effectiveness of a structured work system and strengthening professional employee management practices will have a positive impact on employee performance.
