Abstract

The population in this study consists of all employees at Terminal Berlian. The total number of tests in this review is 93 individuals using a saturated sampling strategy. Research information was obtained from interviews with Terminal Berlian employees, relevant research surveys, as well as data collection from books, journals, and previous studies. The research procedure indicates that during the loading and unloading equipment operation, operator performance, and field effectiveness essentially do not affect the loading and unloading productivity at Terminal Berlian. Based on descriptive tabulation, each variable has different total scores, such as the Loading and Unloading Equipment variable (X1) with a total score of 1693, Operator Performance (X2) with a total score of 1808, and Field Effectiveness with a total score of 1748. This shows that loading and unloading equipment, operator performance, and field effectiveness do not have a significant impact on Loading and Unloading Productivity at Terminal Berlian. However, operator performance is one of the variables that is superior and has a significant influence on company development.
